Return window

Eligible unused and unopened products may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery.

Non-returnable conditions

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened, used, altered, damaged-by-customer, or otherwise non-resalable fragrance products may be ineligible for return except where required by law or where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to request a return

Email info@baybarshouse.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for the request. Do not send products back without return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, or sooner where required by law. Bank processing times vary.

Order cancellations

We will try to honor cancellation requests received before fulfillment begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed after an order enters processing.
