Order processing and delivery

Shipping methods, delivery estimates, and charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, peak periods, or other events outside our control.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact Client Care promptly if an address correction is needed before fulfillment begins.

Damaged or missing parcels

Contact info@baybarshouse.com with the order number and supporting photographs where applicable. We will review the issue and provide next steps.

Shipping destinations

Available destinations are determined at checkout. Duties, import taxes, or brokerage charges may apply where permitted and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
